This project is located in Xinxiang, Henan Province, involving a newly-built pumped storage power station. its main permanent structures are designed in accordance with Grade 1 building standards, while secondary permanent structures are designed in line with Grade 3 building standards. Conducted as self-inspection by the construction unit during the construction process, this project mainly focuses on the construction quality inspection of ground slope anchors and tunnel system anchors, covering a total of 23 anchors and one steel bar raw material.

Inspection Results





The overall testing effect is excellent, with good anchor compactness and high equipment accuracy. The measured wave velocity of the steel bar raw material is 5145 m/s. Only two anchors show poor compactness, which has a certain impact on the stability of tunnel support and requires subsequent reinforcement treatment.
The equipment used for the inspection is an Anchor Nondestructive Detector, which can detect the length of anchors and anchor cables, anchoring compactness, and the position of anchoring defects. During the inspection, a newly designed ultra-magnetic vibration source is adopted for excitation, featuring more stable excitation mode, which can ensure the quality of signal collection and signal consistency to the greatest extent.
