This project is a routine borehole inspection for support piles of a high-speed rail underground sectionin Xiong'an New Area.
The borehole diameter is 0.8 m, borehole depth is 26.2 m, and construction is carried out by rotary drilling rig. The inspection is conducted as self-inspection by the construction contractor.
The average relative density of slurry is 1.12, and the comprehensive sand content is less than 3%.
On-site inspection is performed using the Ultrasonic Borehole Quality Detector and Sediment Thickness Detector, which enable rapid measurement of borehole depth, diameter, verticality and sediment thickness.
On-site data plotting and report generation are completed to provide the construction team with clear conclusions and guidance for subsequent construction adjustment.
