Product Description

Traditional ultrasonic thickness testing requires grinding off paint, epoxy or anti-corrosion coatings, which damages workpieces and raises labor & time costs. The Laurel S004 through-coating ultrasonic thickness gauge adopts Echo-Echo ultrasonic technology to directly read base metal thickness through up to 3mm non-metallic coatings, realizing full non-destructive inspection. This high-precision portable NDT instrument supports thickness measurement & sound velocity reverse calculation for steel, aluminum, copper, plastic, glass and ceramics, widely deployed in machinery, petrochemical, marine, aerospace and automotive industries.

1、Through-Coating Echo-Echo Measuring Mode

Feature: Penetrate coatings up to 3mm thick, dual working modes (Standard / Through-coating)
