Introduction
The C002 automatic bond strength tester for building insulation materials is a newly developed, integrated electromechanical testing instrument with a stable “door-type” monolithic structure. It consists of a control display unit, high-precision S-type pull-off sensor, lead screw, and reaction bracket. The device can display test values in KN, MPa, and Psi simultaneously. It is lightweight, equipped with an easy-to-operate labor-saving handle, and supports one-key electric loading via a micro-motor. It is specially designed for professional testing of the bonding strength and pull-off force of various building materials.

The Bluetooth printing bond strength tester has dual hardware & software safety protection, 200,000 pieces of data storage capacity, supporting data record, query, deletion and export; optional Bluetooth printer realizes on-site direct printing of test results, making data viewing and archiving more convenient. |
As a Type-C interface bond strength tester, it is powered by imported lithium battery with Type-C interface, which can be equipped with large-capacity external power supply for longer battery life, suitable for long-time on-site construction engineering testing withoff power supply anxiety. |
