The C005 integrated rebar scanner is mainly used to detect rebar position, concrete cover thickness, rebar spacing, and estimated rebar diameter inside concrete structures. It can accurately generate a complete rebar distribution diagram and provide high-precision test data rapidly.

The instrument features an integrated structure with the host and sensor combined, making it portable and efficient for both field and on-site operation.

With a multi-coil structural design, it delivers higher testing speed, stronger accuracy, and better resolution for various concrete detection scenarios.

Each detection mode is intuitive and accurate, displaying rebar position, spacing and cover thickness on the same screen.

Four modes—single-point measurement, grid scan, waveform scan and profile scan—support free page turning during measurement, with real-time data and graphic viewing, as well as undo and delete operations for recorded data, making it ideal for on-site testing.

The JGJ detection mode allows 1–6 repeated measurements on a single rebar and automatically calculates the average value.

Grid scanning supports free, interleaved switching between X-axis and Y-axis directions during testing without affecting measurement data.

Data and rebar distribution diagrams are automatically continued after mode switching, greatly improving on-site testing flexibility.

Ergonomic one-hand operation with four-wheel positioning and high-strength wear-resistant wheels to protect the instrument.

Automatic storage of calibration values enables fast measurement and eliminates the need for repeated calibration before each test.
